Attorney Rob Longstreet has specialized in Medicaid and nursing home legal issues for over 25 years. He continues to educate himself on the ever-changing rules regarding Medicaid eligibility, which are updated several times each year. With his in-depth knowledge and understanding of Medicaid and nursing home law, he is uniquely positioned to help his clients better understand their options, which results in few questions and cost savings. He regularly presents seminars and publishes updates regarding Medicaid and long term care issues. He is a former member of the Elder Law Council for the State Bar of Michigan. Rob is a graduate of Hastings High School, Alma College and Wayne State University School of Law.
Sara Morey joined Longstreet Elder Law & Estate Planning in September of 2014, working with clients and their families to navigate long term care placement and Medicaid issues. In 2016 Sara began pursuit of her law degree, graduating magna cum laude in May of 2019 from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is passionate about assisting clients with their estate planning and long term care issues, advocating on their behalf and providing critical solutions to challenging issues. Sara works to continuously foster relationships with long term care facilities across the state to best serve the needs of clients and their families.
